Besco S.r.l. was founded in 1976, specializing at first in the manufacture of carpentry for earthmoving equipment, agricultural machinery, crawler tracks, booms for excavators, and tanks for excavators and for large lifting carriages.
Thirty years of experience gained, together with seriousness and continuous search for quality and investments have led the Company to accumulate skills and know-how that allowed it to specialize in the creation of medium-heavy carpentry structures.
Besco operates in an area of 9,000 m2 using 36 units divided among administrative, technical, sales and production personnel.
Since 2010, thanks to transfer to the Cadeo (PC) plant, Besco has expanded its production capacity by inserting ion its activities a department of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly.

Design
Thanks to the support of the latest CAD/CAM software, the technical office can develop drawings in 2D-3D, to carry out FEM analyses.
Some mechanical parts, or structures and metal frames, when they are operational, are subjected to considerable loads.
Therefore, a tool allowing beforehand to check their reliability becomes important.
The analysis of finished elements is a technique that allows, by having the structural model, to introduce the constraints and the loads that will affect the structure, and to predict with considerable accuracy the resulting stress state.
The last programme purchased for this type of analysis is AutoDesk Inventor Professional 2014.
Production
Thanks to avant-garde equipment and plants, Besco can perform machining operations such as cutting, shearing, calendering, shaping and bending of materials on drawings or on direct design, following the requirements of the customers.

Assembly
Thanks to an area of 1,000 m2, to avant-garde equipment and highly qualified personnel, Besco can implement any structure and provide a mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly service.
Final test
All finished products manufactured in our factory are tested and accompanied by certification as expressly required by the EC regulations.

The Company, in 2015 thus obtained the ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION, ISO 3834-1, EN 1090 EXC3, by IIS CERT..
In addition, many of the specialised personnel working in the carpentry department are qualified as welders in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9606-1 Standarsd.
